In Ukraine, the Chairman of the [[Constitutional Court of Ukraine]] administers the oath of office. A refusal of taking the oath on the first day of the Supreme Council's new plenary session is considered a loss of a deputy's elected mandate.

===Members of the Cabinet of Ministers===

Refusal to take an oath on the day of appointment is considered to be the refusal of his/her ministerial office.
